viral.haus has a non-refund policy, which means payments and orders made on viral.haus cannot be refunded. Therefore, viral.haus does not offer cancellations/refunds on already ordered bookings as we deliver a product that is customized and adapted for each customer and order. If you are dissatisfied with the results, we will work with you to try and meet your expectations by carry out product-reviews and/or in some cases reshooting the property. Complaints must be filed within 4 working days after a booking is delivered. If no such complaint has been made within this time frame of 4 days, the booking is considered fulfilled, delivered and approved.

All viral.haus customers pay in full for our services and products, before the service or product is delivered. All payments are made online, directly at viral.haus. All payments must be received at the same time of ordering our products, or services will not be carried out, unless special terms have been agreed by written contract prior to the time of ordering. All credit cards and debit cards can be used on the website. viral.haus will charge your credit/debit card at the time of ordering for all charges and services provided, unless other terms are agreed to in writing. Your credit/debit card may be billed again after you place an order for extra fees, if you decide to later upgrade to another photo package or add extra products/services to your order etc. Examples of extra fees can include add-on photo products, travel fees and no show fees etc. As a courtesy, the photos, floor plans and video content will be hosted for 6 months by viral.haus. After 6 months, you will have the possibility to renew your hosted images and video content for an extra fee. In case legal action is required to collect unpaid balances, you agree to compensate viral.haus for all expenses related to claim unpaid sums, which includes lawyer’s fees and other legal expenditures.

There is a $99 fee for the following:

• Cancellation of photoshoot appointment: If you change the booked appointment within 24 hours of the actual shooting
• Rescheduling: If the property is not in an acceptable condition for photography, + new booking will be offered.
• No show: If the Agent/Homeowner does not show up to the booked appointment, so the photographer can’t get access to the property.

Please Note: In case you need to cancel the order completely, we issue credit for the full amount of the products or services you ordered, that you can use for your next order. The issued credit does not expire. We have a no-refund policy, no exceptions can be made.
